رئيس جامعة المنصورة الجديدة يشهد حفل ختام الأنشطة الطلابية وتكريم المتميزين للعام الأكاديمي 2024/2025
شهد الأستاذ الدكتور معوض محمد الخولي، رئيس جامعة المنصورة الجديدة، حفل ختام الأنشطة الطلابية وتكريم الطلاب المتميزين بالجامعة للعام الأكاديمي 2024/2025، وذلك بحضور الأستاذ عبد الله جاد، أمين عام الجامعة، والسادة عمداء الكليات، ومديري البرامج، ومنسقي الأنشطة الطلابية، وجمع من طلاب الجامعة من مختلف الكليات.
افتُتح الحفل بعزف السلام الجمهوري، تلاه تلاوة مباركة من آيات الذكر الحكيم.
وفي كلمته، أكد رئيس الجامعة حرص إدارة الجامعة الدائم على دعم الأنشطة الطلابية وتوفير كافة التسهيلات التي تُمكّن الطلاب من المشاركة الفعالة في مختلف الفعاليات والمنافسات على جميع المستويات، مشيرًا إلى أن الأنشطة الطلابية تمثل ركيزة أساسية في بناء شخصية الطالب الجامعي المتكاملة، إذ لا يكتمل التكوين المعرفي إلا بتكامل العلم مع النشاط والإبداع. كما أشار إلى أن الجامعة تُعد منصة مفتوحة لكل طالب لديه حلم أو فكرة تستحق أن تتحول إلى واقع، موجّهًا الشكر لأبنائه الطلاب ولكافة فرق العمل بالجامعة على جهودهم المتميزة.
وقدّم مدير إدارة رعاية الشباب بالجامعة عرضًا توثيقيًا لإنجازات الإدارة خلال العام الجامعي، استعرض من خلاله الفعاليات والأنشطة التي شارك فيها طلاب الجامعة، وفقًا للخطة التنفيذية، حيث شملت مسابقات رياضية في تنس الطاولة، كرة القدم، مصارعة الذراعين، الشطرنج، والدارتس، على مستوى الكليات خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول، وعلى مستوى الجامعة في الفصل الدراسي الثاني. كما تم تنظيم ندوات دينية، والمسابقة السنوية لتلاوة وحفظ القرآن الكريم بالتعاون مع منطقة وعظ الدقهلية بالأزهر الشريف، بالإضافة إلى تنفيذ مسابقة الطالب والطالبة المثاليين على مستويي الكليات والجامعة.
كما تضمن العرض إحصاءات دقيقة حول أنشطة الأسر الطلابية، والأندية العلمية، وأعداد الطلاب المشاركين في مختلف الفعاليات الجامعية.
وفي ختام الحفل، قام رئيس الجامعة بتكريم 239 طالبًا وطالبة من المتميزين والفائزين في مختلف مجالات الأنشطة الطلابية، بما في ذلك حفظ القرآن الكريم، ومسابقة الطالب والطالبة المثاليين، والمسابقات الرياضية، والأنشطة الفنية والاجتماعية.
واختتم الأستاذ الدكتور معوض محمد الخولي كلمته بتوجيه الشكر والتقدير لأبناء الجامعة من الطلاب، مشيدًا بجهودهم وتميزهم، ومؤكدًا استمرار دعم الجامعة لمسيرتهم التعليمية والإبداعية .
President of New Mansoura University Attends Student Activities Closing Ceremony and Honors Outstanding Students for the Academic Year 2024/2025
Prof. Dr. Moawad Mohamed El-Khouly, President of New Mansoura University, attended the closing ceremony of student activities and the honoring of outstanding students for the academic year 2024/2025. The event was held in the presence of Mr. Abdullah Gad, Secretary-General of the University, faculty deans, program directors, student activities coordinators, and students from various faculties.
The ceremony began with the national anthem, followed by a recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an.
In his address, the University President emphasized the administration’s continuous support for student activities, highlighting the university’s commitment to providing all necessary facilities to encourage student participation in various events and competitions at all levels. He pointed out that student activities play a vital role in shaping a well-rounded student personality, stating that academic development must go hand in hand with creativity and engagement. He also noted that the university serves as an open platform for every student with a dream or an idea worth realizing. Prof. El-Khouly concluded his speech by thanking the students and university staff for their dedication and excellence.
The Director of the Youth Welfare Department presented a documentary showcasing the department’s achievements throughout the academic year in line with its executive plan. The video covered the diverse range of activities and competitions in which university students participated. These included sports competitions (table tennis, football, arm wrestling, chess, and darts) held at the faculty level during the first semester and at the university level during the second semester. Additionally, religious seminars were conducted, along with the annual Qur’an recitation and memorization competition in collaboration with the Al-Azhar Dakahlia Preaching Area. The Ideal Student competition was also held at both the faculty and university levels.
The presentation featured detailed statistics on student clubs, scientific societies, and student participation across all university events.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, the University President honored 239 outstanding students who achieved top rankings in various student activities throughout the academic year. These included Qur’an memorizers, winners of the Ideal Student competition, sports competitions, as well as artistic and social activities.
Prof. Dr. El-Khouly concluded the event by expressing his appreciation and gratitude to the students of New Mansoura University, praising their achievements and reaffirming the university’s commitment to supporting their academic and creative journeys.
