An alliance of smart private universities (eSUN) and the Canadian University of Quebec

The universities of El Alamein, Al-Jalala, King Salman, and New Mansoura, in partnership with the Arab Organization for Industrialization and Siemens International, launched this alliance. The launch of an alliance of smart private universities (eSUN) aims to conduct research activities and joint academic programs, as well as provide professional and training development for students of those universities, as well as Organizing activities in the field of digital transformation, and maximizing the outputs of basic and applied research by facilitating the movement of students and academics within the alliance. The memorandum of understanding stipulates: increasing cooperation between academic and industrial institutions; To conduct more innovative research and development activities, and collaborate on research projects in areas such as: robotics, autonomous systems, data analysis, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, system integration, virtual reality, and healthcare, as well as establishing new collaborative programs between the four universities, and supporting Student activities such as: scientific clubs and forums, visiting industrial sites, and organizing conferences, workshops and competitions.
