New Mansoura Dentistry wins the Football League
Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Moawad Mohamed El-Khouly, President of New Mansoura University, and in the presence of Prof. Dr. Essam El-Wakeel, Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry and Prof. Dr. Nahed Al-Anani, Dean of the College of Pharmacy, and Prof. Iman Saeed, Director of the Clinical Pharmacy Program, and in a beautiful gesture to support sports, were judged by Prof. Dr. Wael Siddiq, Dean of the College of Engineering, and in the generous presence of Prof. Dr. Walid Al-Darras, Professor of Microbiology and Immunology at the College of Medicine, where the day was organized. New Mansoura University Student Union, headed by the student Ahmed Al-Sayed and organized by Adham Ahmed, Asim Tariq, Ahmed Abdel Nasser, Fares Suwaidan and Abdel Rahman Mohamed, the conclusion of the football league activities in the final match that brought together the Faculty of Dentistry team and the Faculty of Pharmacy team, and the match ended with a victory. The College of Dentistry team scored in the final minutes with one goal.
The University President congratulated the winning team and wished them success in their academic life. He stressed the university’s keenness to hold these competitions that spread the spirit of fair competition among students and the necessity of encouraging students to participate in the various activities organized by the university’s Student Union.
Al-Khouli presented prizes to the winners, as Mohamed Ibrahim won the award for the best player in the tournament, the College of Dentistry team player, the award for the best goalkeeper in the tournament was won by Mahmoud Nasr, the College of Pharmacy team, the tournament’s top scorer, Mohamed Mustafa Abu Hamra, the player in the College of Pharmacy team, and Karim Ebadah, the Law and Dentistry team. The best player award was won by Mazen Mohamed, a dental team player.
